Rocksalt is a contemporary boutique Restaurant with Rooms set, quite literally in – or more precisely, cantilevered over, Folkestone harbour in Kent. There are just four beautifully designed bedrooms (including one family room), two of which come complete with stunning views over the harbour and out to sea, all of which come equipped with original antique beds, flat screen TV’s, Nespresso machines with a wide range of tea & coffee, complimentary breakfast, WiFi and wet rooms with complimentary toiletries.
Eat:
The two AA Rosette Rocksalt Restaurant and Bar both serve food and both have fantastic views and sun terraces for the summer months. With a focus on provenance, serving a menu that makes the most of the seaside position and sources ingredients as locally as possible, whether from the sea or the local Kent farms. The a la carte menu changes seasonally, showcasing the freshest fish and the best quality meat, and the lunch menu changes weekly, with a traditional roast on Sundays.
